经胸超声心动图与造影指引动脉导管未闭封堵术的临床比较

摘要：

目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)与造影指引经皮动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术的可行性及优越性。方法选择行PDA介入封堵术的单纯漏斗型PDA共58例, 分为造影组21例和超声组37例。造影组应用传统的PDA介入封堵技术, 超声组采用TTE指引下的PDA介入封堵术。术后观察手术效果, 比较手术时间、X线暴露时间及曝光量、住院天数及总医疗费用。结果 2组病例PDA均一次封堵成功, 超声及造影显示封堵器位置良好, 左肺动脉、降主动脉血流速度均在正常范围内。超声组患者手术时间、X线暴露时间明显短于造影组(P<0.05)、曝光量均明显低于造影组(P<0.05);其住院时间及总医疗费用少于造影组(P<0.05)。结论 TTE指引下单纯漏斗型PDA行PDA封堵术是一种良好的简化封堵方法, 较造影指引下的传统PDA封堵术更具临床优越性。
