摘要：

维生素D(Vit D)除了可调节钙、磷代谢,促进肠道内钙吸收和钙动员外,在细胞增殖与分化以及免疫调节等方面也有着重要作用。类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)、1型糖尿病等自身免疫性疾病等均显示出与Vit D相关,且Vit D可通过作用于T调节细胞、树突状细胞及巨噬细胞等参与自身免疫性疾病的发生发展。近来,Vit D与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性的关系被广泛研究,其补充剂量亦未达成共识。本文主要介绍Vit D与系统性红斑狼疮的关系及其可能机制,并对Vit D的补充剂量给出意见。
