<正>随着中国逐步进入老龄化社会和环境问题的日益突出,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者的数量不断增加,不但严重影响着患者的生活质量,同时也带来了沉重的医疗负担。世界卫生组织(WHO)预测,到2020年COPD将成为全球第5大疾病负担和第3大死亡原因[1]。COPD的主要特征是气流受限,早期诊断和治疗
