地沟油的快速检测技术及资源化利用

摘要
近年来对地沟油快速检测技术的研究取得了很大进展,同时,为彻底解决地沟油回流餐桌的问题,其资源化利用也取得了一些有效的研究成果。本文从原理、所获成果、推广潜力等角度对地沟油各种检测技术进行了分析,对利用地沟油制造生物柴油、生物破乳剂等资源化利用现状进行了阐述,并就其发展前景进行了展望。
