大剂量氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效与安全性的Meta分析

摘要：

目的:系统评价大剂量氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)疗效与安全性。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普、万方等数据库,纳入氨溴索治疗AECOPD随机对照试验(RCT),由2名研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料及质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.2统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7项RCT,合计534例患者。Meta分析结果显示,实验组能明显提高临床总体有效率[OR=4.11,95%CI(2.31,7.29),P<0.000 01]、缩短住院时间[OR=-3.60,95%CI(-4.66,-2.55),P<0.000 01],与对照组比较有统计学差异,且无明显不良反应。结论:大剂量氨溴索能明显提高AECOPD总体有效率,缩短住院时间,改善肺功能及血气分析,无明显副作用,值得临床推广运用。
