摘要：

<正>为了促进每一个人的充分发展,在社会的需要中实现自我,拥有自己喜爱的事业,在学校中,除了为学生提供学业上的支持外,也应对他们进行生涯教育,帮助他们更好地实现人生价值。欧美和我国的台湾早已将生涯辅导引入护理教育过程中,帮助学生尽早设定专业目标,以正确的态度从事护理工作,降低其适应困难,促进专业成长。我国目前在该领域尚处在起步阶段。为了把生涯辅导更好地引入到我国护理教育当中,现将生涯辅导及其在护理教育中的实施综述如下。
