改进荧光法测定β-葡聚糖含量研究

摘要
本研究尝试了用 930荧光光度计为测定仪器 ,利用改进荧光法快速测定 β -葡聚糖含量 ,并对该测定方法的测定条件、准确度及精密度进行了深入研究 ,证明该测定方法是一种简单、快速可行的测定方法
