摘要：

该文应用数据库技术和网络技术等现代计算机综合技术设计了“肉猪工厂化生产质量安全监控系统”。系统利用国内外有关猪肉安全生产法规和标准,重点对肉猪生长过程中饲料、兽药的使用以及肉猪生长的环境条件进行安全监控和管理。该系统提供对肉猪生长过程中质量安全相关信息的输入、存储、查询检索、信息分析,对违反相关标准和法规的情况提供警级预报,目的在于从猪肉产品的源头抓起,提高猪肉的安全质量,增加消费者对猪肉安全品质的信心。
