摘要
血管紧张素-Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,Ang-Ⅱ)诱导的细胞凋亡广泛存在于糖尿病、心血管疾病等病理变化中。Ang-Ⅱ诱导细胞凋亡的调控机制复杂,包括受体(AT1R和AT2R)水平、Fas/FasL信号通路、p53基因、Bcl-2基因家族、Caspase家族和Ang-(1-7)等调控。在凋亡诱导过程中,线粒体损伤、氧化损伤机制发挥重要作用。本文对Ang-Ⅱ诱导细胞凋亡的研究进展作一综述。
