摘要
成像技术的发展使得与肿瘤相关的分子,生化和生理畸变过程的可视化成为可能。特别是采用PET/CT技术与放射性示踪剂相结合,可用于监测与人类癌症相关的细胞增殖,凋亡,肿瘤转移,血管新生等体内复杂的生物学过程,甚至研究与肿瘤相关的基因表达,受体与配体相互作用,底物运输和营养代谢等分子水平的事件。
