摘要：

基于计划行为理论,借助组织公民行为的优质特性,构建中小企业合作创新行为形成机理的理论分析框架。使用结构方程和层次回归分析法分析中小企业合作创新行为的形成机理,实证结果表明:中小企业合作创新态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制通过合作创新意愿的完全中介作用对合作创新行为产生正向影响;合作创新的指令性规范和示范性规范对合作创新态度有正向影响;组织公民行为对合作创新行为意愿与行为间关系有正向调节作用。
