摘要：

不孕症已经成为全球性的医学和社会问题。近年来,发达国家及发展中国家不孕症患病率均持续上升,与性传播疾病增加、肥胖、婚育年龄延迟等因素有关。文章分析不孕症的流行现状及趋势,并强调在现阶段发展中国家预防不孕症与更新不孕症的诊治规范同样重要。
