摘要：

作为描述用户心理的个性特征理论,尤其是五因素模型理论被广泛应用于信息行为的影响研究。文章在相关研究文献梳理的基础上,从用户信息源选择与评价、信息需求及满足和信息搜寻模式3个方面进行评述个性特征对信息搜寻行为的影响研究。其次,研究了个性特征对社交网络用户的信息分享行为、使用行为和信息交流行为的影响。最后总结了现有研究的不足以及将来的研究方向。
