摘要：

医学大数据具有数据量庞大、结构复杂、分析难度大等特点,包括临床数据、多种组学数据、环境暴露、日常生活习惯、地理位置信息、社交媒体及其他多种与个体健康和疾病状态相关的数据维度。医学大数据的重要应用方向包括群体层面的疾病预防及诊疗体系的评价、特定疾病的机制阐释,逐步完善精准医学知识体系、构建具有自主学习能力的临床决策支持系统等。
