国有股权参与、吸收能力与民营企业绿色技术创新——一个有调节的中介效应模型

摘要：

基于外部性理论与吸收能力理论，利用2013—2021年中国制造业民营上市公司绿色专利数据，构建有调节的中介效应模型，探讨国有股权参与、吸收能力对民营企业绿色技术创新的影响。结果发现，国有股权参与显著促进民营企业绿色技术创新，国有股权持股比例越高，绿色技术创新水平越高；吸收能力在国有股权参与与民营企业绿色技术创新间发挥部分中介效应，同时分析师跟踪是有效的调节变量，国有股权参与与分析师跟踪的交互效应正向调节上述中介关系。分层类检验结果表明，当企业具有中央国有股权参与、属于高污染行业，以及所处政策环境不确定性较高时，国有股权参与更有利于促进民营企业绿色技术创新水平提升。
