严密性和实用性:管理学研究双重目标的争论与统一

摘要
针对管理学研究与管理实践的相关性越来越弱的态势,越来越多的研究者对管理学研究与管理学院的研究取向和教育模式提出了质疑,这使得严密性与实用性的争论变得空前激烈。本文对这一争论的由来、造成管理理论与实践脱节的原因和解决对策进行了全面的论述,目的在于提醒我国的管理学研究者在加强研究规范化的同时,应警惕有可能导致的实用性弱化问题。
