美国教师专业学习共同体的历史演进及发展趋势

摘要：

二战后到70年代美国教师专业学习共同体在教师专业化的进程中酝酿。20世纪80年代,学习型组织理论被引入教育界后,教师专业学习共同体兴起。进入2000年,美国教师专业学习共同体快速发展,在解决教师孤立性教学,加强教师间的合作方面取得了很多成绩,并呈现出新的发展趋势,即行政支持力度增强、信息技术发挥了助推作用以及实施效果的研究更加受到关注。
