活性与智能包装技术在食品工业中的研究进展

摘要
目的综述了活性与智能包装技术的主要类型、原理以及在食品工业中的应用研究进展,并对活性与智能包装技术中存在的问题进行了分析,对它们未来的发展趋势进行了展望。结果目前活性与智能包装技术的主要问题是现已应用的一些活性与智能包装技术存在安全性问题,且一些智能包装技术对环境条件的要求限制了它们的应用。结论活性与智能包装技术的结合会是目前的研究热点,也是未来食品包装技术的发展方向。
