摘要：

<正>中枢神经兴奋剂,如可卡因、苯丙胺类等随着用药剂量、环境的不同和时间变化,可引起耐受、依赖、戒断和敏感化现象,对于前三者,可理解为脑对成瘾药物的代偿性适应,而对于敏感化则难以用代偿性适应来解释。所谓敏感化,即行为敏化,是指随着反复、持续地使用药物,机体对药物的敏感性增强,低剂量的药物即可达到相应的机体反应。行为敏感
