荧光定量PCR法与常规PCR法检测牛奶中肠道致病菌的比较

摘要：

为比较实时荧光定量PCR法及常规PCR法检测肠道致病菌的灵敏度与特异性,采用所建立的实时荧光定量PCR和常规PCR方法,分别对牛奶样品中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌进行检测。与常规PCR检测方法相比,实时荧光定量PCR检测能够实现高通量的定量检测,具有灵敏度高、特异性强、快捷、安全等特点,阳性样品检出限可达2cfu/mL,高于常规PCR检测方法,能适用于液体乳食品中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌的快速检测。
