非人灵长类动物局灶性脑缺血模型的制备及神经功能评价的研究

非人灵长类动物的神经机能和脑血管解剖与人类非常相似,利用非人灵长类动物建立的脑缺血模型是研究脑血管疾病损伤机制和防治措施常用的工具。笔者就非人灵长类动物局灶性脑缺血模型制备方法及其神经、行为功能的评价方法作一综述。
