摘要：

对股骨假体周围骨折的治疗研究进展进行了综述,分析了其发病率及风险因素,讨论了其分型,介绍了非手术治疗、内固定治疗、翻修术和异体骨植骨等治疗方法的研究进展,最后对其并发症进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。
