<正> 现已上市的口服核苷类药物在治疗乙型肝炎过程中均可出现耐药性,特别是最近报道发现联合核苷类药物治疗的患者出现多重耐药性等更引起临床医师的高度关注。有关乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)耐药的研究,如临床耐药和HBV基因组序列分析等已开展十余年,取得了很多重要的成果,但越来越复杂的病毒突变问题要求更有效的研究手段加以分析。近年来已有一些表型耐药分析技术成功地应用于HBV交叉耐药研究和抗HBV治疗监测,本文将对基于聚合酶代谢和基于培养细胞株两种HBV表型耐药体外实验研究模型进行综述。一、用于表型耐药研究的细胞外HBV聚合酶活性分析
