摘要:
探讨不同糖耐量个体氧化应激与β细胞第一时相分泌功能的关系。比较各组8-羟基脱氧尿苷(8-OHdG)、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂联素、0~10min胰岛素曲线下面积(AUC)、急性胰岛素反应(AIR3-5)等指标。发现随病情发展,氧化应激指标水平升高,抗氧化酶活性、脂联素及β细胞第一时相分泌功能下降,丙二醛、8-OHdG与脂联素、稳态模型评估的胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、AUC、AIR3-5负相关,SOD与脂联素、HOMA-β、AUC、AIR3-5正相关,8-OHdG、SOD是AIR3-5的独立相关因素。氧化应激对β细胞第一时相分泌功能有显著影响,可能与2型糖尿病的发病机制密切相关。
