猪肉中15种喹诺酮类药物残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法研究

摘要
利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱建立了猪肉中15种喹诺酮类药物残留的同时、快速分析方法。猪肉样品中残留药物用1%乙酸-乙腈均质提取,浓缩后用0.1%甲酸-乙腈定容,正己烷脱脂,用Kinetex C18色谱柱(100mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm)分离,以0.1%甲酸-乙腈作为流动相梯度洗脱,采用基于正离子扫描的MRM监测模式,用保留时间和离子对(母离子和碎片离子)定性,响应值高的碎片离子作为定量离子,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,15种喹诺酮类药物在1~500μg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,定量限在1~8μg/kg之间。在3个添加水平下,加标回收率为60.1%91.4%,相对标准偏差为0.42%6.28%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、特异性好,可用于猪肉中喹诺酮类药物残留的高通量检测。
