摘要：

骨质疏松症的治疗能够改善患者疼痛等症状,并且可以提高骨密度,降低骨折发生率。部分神经系统疾病可导致或加重骨质疏松症,此时仅采用常规的抗骨质疏松方案治疗效果往往不理想,而联合针对病因、病理机制的措施,疗效可能更佳。本综述扼要地介绍常见神经系统疾病所诱发骨质疏松症的机制、骨代谢指标特征及治疗方法,以提高神经系统疾病相关骨质疏松症的抗骨质疏松疗效。
