摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征是女性常见的生殖功能障碍性疾病,病理机制不明,临床表现多样性,治疗手段主要为药物治疗。调整月经周期、恢复卵巢排卵,治疗多毛及痤疮为近期治疗目的,保护子宫内膜、保留生育力、预防心血管疾病和糖尿病、预防子宫内膜癌为远期目标。治疗应采取个体化治疗,选择最优化方案。
