摘要：

<正>骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量减少、骨组织微细结构破坏导致骨脆性增加和易发生骨折为特征的全身性疾病,多发于老年人和绝经后妇女。该病通常会影响到全身骨骼,主要临床表现为骨痛和骨折。随着人口的老龄化,OP患者逐渐增多,加强OP的基础和临床研究,筛选安全、有效、防治OP的药物是必要的。雷奈酸锶(strontium ranelate,SRR)是能刺激成骨细胞形成,又能抑制破骨细胞吸收抗OP的治疗药物,
