摘要：

对无标度网络中灾害蔓延的应急响应进行了分析,根据系统的网络结构和灾害蔓延的当前状况制定出不同的应急策略.为评估各种策略的优劣,仿真说明了目标攻击和随机攻击下各种应急策略的异同.接着,讨论了各种策略在应急响应时间变化时,灾害得以控制所需的最大最少外部资源数量的变化.最后,在总资源数量和应急响应时间的不同组合下,分析了最优应急策略的选择.在资源受限情况下,同时考虑网络结构和蔓延现状的策略是最佳选择.
