摘要：

目的探讨应用Masquelet技术治疗感染性骨缺损的手术方法及临床疗效。方法自2016年1月～2018年3月,我院骨科共收治11例创伤后感染性骨缺损病人,其中男性3例,女性8例;开放性骨折8例,闭合性骨折3例;开放性骨折按Gustilo分型,I型2例,II型5例,IIIA型1例;按部位分,胫骨9例,尺骨2例。骨缺损节段平均长度为5 cm(1.5 cm～9 cm),均采用Masquelet技术分阶段治疗。结果本组病例均获得随访,时间为6-18个月,平均为12个月;所有患者在第二阶段手术时,伤口内多部位采样细菌培养证实为阴性,感染病灶得到完全控制,通过植骨处理,骨缺损区最终获得骨性愈合。结论 Masquelet技术治疗创伤后骨感染、骨缺损,技术简单,并发症少,疗效可靠,能够有效解除患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
