膜分离技术在油脂加工业中的应用

摘要：

介绍了膜分离技术的原理、种类和特点,对膜分离技术在国内外油料浸出,油脂精炼,油脂深加工,植物蛋白生产以及油脂加工业废水处理中的应用状况、应用优点、工艺条件及膜材料进行了综述,通过对国内外膜分离技术在油脂加工业方面的应用与研究比较,认为目前我国尚处于起步阶段。我们应加大膜分离技术在油脂加工业中的应用与研究力度。开发在实际生产中的应用,使其更好地在我国油脂加工业中发挥作用。
