摘要
爱尔兰的教师教育一体化政策,将教师定位为终身学习者,把职前教师教育、入职教育和继续专业发展视为一个连续体。这个政策体系包含许多先进的理念和创新举措,尤其是在衔接前后阶段的入职教育中,通过建立贯穿于教师教育各阶段的档案制度以及高校和中小学校的伙伴合作关系等举措,破解了制约教师教育一体化中阶段整合的难题。
