剖析创新创业人才的特征及创新创业人才成长的内涵,回顾创新创业人才的相关理论,分析现有研究的不足。从探讨创新创业人才成长的内涵出发,重新界定创新创业人才成长研究的整合分析框架并提出政策思考。
