摘要
丛枝菌根 (Vesicular -ArbuscularMycorrhizae ,VAM (AM) )是植物界分布最广的一类内生菌根。参与VAM(AM)形成的真菌 ,即AM真菌具有活体营养 (寄生 )特性 ,在其侵染植物根系过程中能诱导寄主植物产生防御反应 ,主要包括 :(1)植物细胞壁的加固 ;(2 )病程相关蛋白的积累 ;(3)次生代谢的加强。因此 ,AM真菌的侵染及其菌根的形成对于提高植物抗病性、保持植物健康状况具有重要意义
