<正>Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)通过与病原相关分子模式相结合引发一系列的促炎和抗菌反应,在机体抗感染中发挥着重要作用[1-3]。到目前为止,人类基因组中TLRs家族共有11个成员。其中Toll样受体1(Toll-like receptor 1,TLR1)与Toll样受体2(Toll-like receptor 2,TLR2)形成异源二聚体识别多种病原体上的病原相关分子模式[4]。单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNP)会影
