印度工业政策的演变及其对制造业发展的影响

摘要：

印度的工业政策是影响其制造业发展的重要因素之一,本文试图以新制度经济学中的路径依赖理论为基础,分析1948年以来印度工业政策演变的逻辑,再结合1950年以来印度制造业的发展状况,具体阐述其工业政策如何影响制造业的发展。本文发现,印度在振兴制造业的过程中,尽管废除、修改了很多不合时宜的工业政策,但其发展仍然受过往工业政策的影响,这种影响可以由路径依赖理论来解释。此外,文中给出了摆脱依赖的方法。
