摘要：

In this paper the author offers a detailed description of the passive constructions signifying (something undesirable)"eventually done, and discusses the psychological basis of such a cases-two antithesis (something undesired but eventually done) may manifest in the same syntactic form, in the light of functional syntax and cognitive linguistics.
