国内外学术图书馆精准服务前沿研究综述

摘要
图书馆精准服务是基于精准化服务理念,以多种精准化技术为依托,对已有服务全过程进行创新优化的新型服务模式。当下,精准化正成为学术图书馆服务改革的新方向,也是学术图书馆服务不断追求高质量过程中的必然趋势。基于对精准服务这一概念内涵的细化,文章对近年国内外学术图书馆精准服务的前沿方法和技术进行了检索、梳理、概括与提炼,探索了可用于促进学术图书馆服务精准化发展的关键技术及应用策略。研究发现了国内外研究偏重不同,多种精准服务方法或技术具备融合互补潜质,精准服务需要适当的边界与安全控制、更完善的模式与架构支持等要点,并得出若干可供参考的研究视角。
