政府客观绩效、透明度与公民满意度

摘要
对广东省治安、环保和就业的客观绩效数据和公民满意度数据的研究发现,公民满意度与客观绩效存在显著正相关关系。不过,该关系不但因政策领域而异,也会受到公民对政府透明度的主观感受和个人因素(如受教育水平)的影响。总体来说,政府透明度对客观绩效与公民满意度的关系产生正向调节作用。然而,当政府透明度高但信息不为公众所信任时,透明度则会产生逆向调节作用。
