<正>由于药物及其代谢产物的毒性作用或机体对药物产生过敏反应,对肝脏造成损害,即为药物性肝损伤(DILI)。在已经上市的药物中,约有1000种被报道可能引起肝脏损伤〔1〕。在欧美国家,DILI占全部药物不良反应的6%～8%,约25%的急性肝衰竭患者和近50%的肝功能异常患者与用药有关〔2〕。老年人药物肝损是临床用药过程中需要特别关注和监测的问题。
