摘要
综述定量核磁共振技术的基本原理以及在新药研发中的应用进展。定量核磁共振作为一种定量分析方法,专属性强、准确快捷,可与其他定量方法相互补充,用于新药研发的诸多环节,如药品质量控制、候选药物纯度测定及药物代谢研究等,在药学领域有很好的应用前景。
