创业型企业高管团队垂直对差异与创业战略导向:产业环境和企业所有制的调节效应

摘要：

在公司创业过程中,高管团队内部的构成及其运作状况会导致不同的创业战略导向,不同的产业经营领域和企业所有制也会产生差异性影响效应。本文选取2006-2010年我国中小企业板上市公司为研究样本,实证考察了创业型企业高管团队垂直对差异对创业战略导向的直接影响,以及产业环境和企业所有制如何对两者关系产生调节影响。层级多元回归分析结果表明,除教育背景测量指标外,高管团队年龄、性别和职业经历垂直对差异均对创业战略导向产生显著正向影响。分组多元回归分析结果表明:高管团队垂直对差异在动态型产业环境的影响效应大于稳定型产业环境;高管团队垂直对差异在国有企业的影响效应大于非国有企业。本文的结论对于创业型企业高管团队构建、创业战略导向结构设计,以及新业务产业经营领域和企业所有制选择等具有积极的借鉴与启示。
