摘要：

目前认为银屑病是T细胞介导的炎症性疾病。T细胞活化是银屑病发病机制中关键一步,由活化T细胞产生的淋巴因子刺激表皮增殖,而增殖角质形成细胞又释放其他细胞因子增强活化T细胞作用。形成T细胞介导的恶性循环。T细胞和角质形成细胞分泌的细胞因子在银屑病中形成复杂的细胞因子网络,致银屑病特有免疫病理损伤。
