摘要：

在西方心理学中,自尊(self-esteem)被看作是个体对自我整体性的、积极的(而非消极的)感觉,具有特质性和状态性的区分。从一般的自我评价反映出的特质自尊的神经表征主要涉及前额叶的部分区域,状态自尊的神经表征除了涉及这些脑区外,还涉及脑岛等与情绪有关的脑区。了解自尊的本质,解决与自尊有关的临床心理问题及其文化差异争议是自尊神经机制研究的进一步方向。
