摘要：

基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDITOF MS)是目前临床实验室中应用最为广泛的质谱技术之一。然而,MALDI-TOF MS微生物鉴定的上机前准备、检测分析及结果判读等方面均易出现各种问题,严重时会影响鉴定结果。经文献查阅及实验室长期经验总结、验证,该文对目前MALDITOF MS鉴定中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应对策。
