摘要：

血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)是由各种血管因素引起的从轻度认知功能障碍到痴呆的一类综合征.对VCI的早期发现、早期治疗有重要的临床意义.现就VCI的概念、发病机制、诊断治疗等方面予以综述.
