偏头痛发作的治疗与预防

摘要：

偏头痛发作期治疗前需设立适当的治疗目标,并对患者残障程度和发作特点进行评估。选择与患者残障程度及疾病特点相匹配的治疗是偏头痛发作期治疗最好的策略。在残障程度达到中至重度就应早期给予特异性治疗。曲坦类和麦角类药物是发作期偏头痛特异性治疗的一线药物。预防性治疗可减少偏头痛的发作次数和持续时间,降低严重程度并提高急性期疗效。证明有效的一线偏头痛预防药物有普萘洛尔、阿米替林、双丙戊酸钠和托吡酯等。
