摘要：

介绍了泛在学术(UA)环境及其特点,在现有成果基础上分析UA环境下科研人员知识共享行为的影响因素,建立了影响因素研究模型,以中国科学院的科研人员及研究生为调查对象,进行实证研究。数据分析结果表明,感知有用性和知识质量对UA环境信任有显著正向影响,进而对科研人员参与UA环境知识共享行为有显著正向影响。感知成本和感知风险对UA环境信任有显著负向影响,进而对科研人员参与UA环境知识共享行为有负影响。
