<正>抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody,ANCA)相关性小血管炎(ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis,AASV)是一种严重的累及小和中等血管引起严重的全身多系统器官功能衰竭、血清中存在针对靶抗原蛋白酶3(PR3)或髓过氧化物(MPO)的ANCA阳性的自身免疫性疾病,它以小血管壁的炎症和纤维素样坏死为主要特征。主要
