摘要
:
外源基因在大肠杆菌中高效表达时,通常会形成不溶性、无活性的蛋白聚集体——包涵体。包涵体中富含表达的重组蛋白质,它们经分离、洗涤、变性溶解以及复性等过程才能得到具有生物活性的蛋白质。近年来,随着对包涵体体外复性机制的深入研究,从包涵体中复性重组蛋白质已经有了很多的策略和方法。文章就有关工作的进展进行了综述。
